Most clients experience smoothness for about three to six weeks, depending on individual growth cycles, hormones, and lifestyle. Regular appointments typically extend time between sessions and improve overall texture and regrowth consistency.

Some brief discomfort is normal, but our estheticians minimize pain with quick technique, premium waxes, proper skin tension, calming breath guidance, and optional topical numbing on request to improve your comfort.

Arrive with clean, dry skin and hair about a quarter inch long. Avoid heavy moisturizers, recent sun exposure, retinoids, and chemical peels. Exfoliate gently a day or two before if skin isn’t sensitive.

Yes in many cases, but we assess skin first and may perform a patch test. Severe active acne, open wounds, or skin infections should be treated before waxing; consult our esthetician or your dermatologist.

We recommend hair length of about one quarter inch (5–7 mm) so wax can properly adhere. If hair is longer, we may trim; too short may not remove effectively and require regrowth.

Avoid hot baths, saunas, heavy exercise, and sun exposure for 24–48 hours. Skip exfoliation and harsh products initially, wear breathable clothing, and apply recommended soothing lotions to reduce irritation and prevent ingrowns.
