Arrive 15 minutes early to relax and complete health forms. Avoid heavy meals or alcohol beforehand. Wear comfortable clothing and disclose allergies, medications, or pregnancy. Our therapists will customize pressure and treatments to suit your preferences and needs.
The hot stone treatment is offered as an optional enhancement. It may be included in select promotions; otherwise a small additional fee applies. Please request it when booking to ensure availability and adequate time within the four-hour itinerary.
